I know it's old, but here's my thoughts on Superbad

Superbad....hmmmm, 99% of my friends like this movie and I can respect that, but they are wrong! I was so excited to finally see this movie and was kind of disappointed after watching it. First off, there is way to much cursing. This has never bothered me before in a movie, but it seemed to in this one. The next thing I don't understand is this. They do a montage in a gas store where Jonah Hill goes to buy alcohol, and has these visions of what could go wrong. And from this point on, the whole movie is this. It turns into a comedy of errors, without the comdedy part. The cops I felt were very over the top and not intriguing or funny for the most part. The silver lining for this movie is Micahel Cera. He is great and has such great delivery that it is hard not to like him. I would recommend the movie solely based on his performance. I know not many people will agree with me, but those are my thougths on it. Peace.
